 【福壽邁向百年】為了讓雞吹冷氣 他花12億元蓋廠房


位於台中沙鹿的老字號食品廠福壽，至今已經走過98個年頭，至今事業版圖橫跨有機質肥料、飼糧、寵物食品，2年前，還斥資12億元轉投資成立子公司「洽富」，從荷蘭引進最先進的設備，專門生產白肉雞產品。

中秋連假前夕，位於台中沙鹿的關連工業區，卡車進進出出，轉向自強路上，不少國內的上市櫃公司廠房聚集於此，其中的1間廠房上，以紅色線條勾勒出圓臉、大耳、笑咪咪的彌勒商標特別吸睛，它是老牌食品廠「福壽」的正字標記。

走近一看，這座占地19,000坪的廠房，就是福壽台中港食品總廠，主要生產油品及穀類，就在廠區一隅，還有一棟新穎的白色建物，原來這原是福壽的辦公大樓，去年底在董事長洪堯昆一聲令下重新改建，花了百萬元成立的福壽文史形象館，並在10月開始試營運。

「我們規畫百年歷史沿革牆、產品展示櫃、影音區，未來還會擺產品提供試吃，希望大家對我們有更多認識，讓老品牌能延續下去。」採訪當天，洪堯昆滿臉笑容對本刊說明他的規畫。

於是，2年前洪堯昆決定斥資12億元轉投資成立子公司「洽富」，從荷蘭引進最先進的設備，專門生產白肉雞產品，把加工屠宰這塊拼圖補齊，完成福壽一條龍式經營的最後一哩路。「我們的雞都吹冷氣，吃起來比較甜、營養度也比較高！」洪堯昆驕傲地說。

協助洪堯昆的堂弟、洽富總經理洪堯棟也在一旁也搭腔：「我們砸很多錢，成本比一般業者高出15％。」國內外不少餐飲業者，包括王品、拿坡里等廠商都向洽富採購氣冷雞，「董事長選擇的路比較孤寂，但卻能讓產業活比較久。」洪堯棟相當肯定地說。
