在激烈的市場競爭中，推動建築獎項終究還是一場馬拉松，必須一路努力與堅持。只是通往終點的路線可以更多元，我們始終是帶領風向的領頭羊。如同台灣房地產市場的投資，一樣是符合「漲時重勢，跌時重質」的市場不二法則。
品質、品牌、品味是中華建築金石獎所追求的目標！中華建築金石獎的評選提供消費者一個安全有保障的家園，是建築業一致的願望更是責任。中華建築金石獎推動兩岸優質建築產業的交流，不僅象徵建築業所追求的「品質、品牌、品味」，更代表建築業「永續經營」理念具體實踐。
