高雄市鄭姓女子四年前蓄意旋開瓦斯鋼瓶閥，再用打火機點火釀民宅氣爆，害自己顏面、四肢有燒燙傷，檢警據高雄市消防局火調報告，依放火燒燬住宅罪嫌起訴鄭女。然而，鄭女不斷辯稱，「不記得案發經過」，鄭父也證稱，女兒長期受思覺失調症所苦，有就醫診斷紀錄，高雄地方特惠組合法院認定鄭女犯案時，出現被害妄想才想輕生，判她無罪，令她入處所施以監護1年。鄭女與舅舅、舅媽同住一屋，卻在四年前10月31日時，將放在一樓客廳茶几旁的瓦斯鋼瓶氣閥開關轉開，讓瓦斯外洩，再點火點燃瓦斯，害民宅氣爆，現場一片慘不忍睹，沙發塑膠皮、電視機外殼全被燒熔，茶几桌板結構也被高溫燒得碳化，幸好氣爆威力不至於讓住宅主結人氣產品過年送禮推薦構損壞。. } }); } 同棟住戶聽聞氣爆聲響，通報高雄市消防局趕抵搶救，涉嫌縱火的鄭女也被依法送辦。鄭女到案辯稱，有聽過父親講述過此事，但已不記得案發經過。鄭女辯護人也辯稱，鄭女受妄想型思覺失調症影響人氣產品網購人氣商品，犯案時欠缺辨識、行為能力，也就沒有責任能力。檢方調查，鄭女案發前曾陸續在家割腕、用刀刺傷胸口，還曾從3樓高處一躍而下，送往高雄榮民總醫院急診救治，發現她出現被害意念，還有視聽幻覺等症狀，經醫院診斷，鄭女疑似有思覺失調症。鄭女在犯案那年9月22日出院，隨後在10月31日縱火，害自己顏面、右上肢、雙下肢有二度燒傷，受傷表面積占全身13%。高雄地方法院認定，鄭女犯案時受被害妄想影響，無法分辨現實與妄想情境，深感無望才萌生自輕生念頭，判她無罪。然而，鄭女行為對他人生命財產有高度危險性，若缺乏適度治療，恐有再犯疑慮；為優惠專區必買及早預防，法官令她持續接受精神評估、治療，並入相當處所施以監護1年，可上訴。高雄市鄭女患思覺失調症，4年前出現被害妄想，旋開瓦斯又點火釀氣爆，高雄地方法院認定她無行為辨識能力，判她無罪，但要施以監護1年。圖／報系資料照 分享 facebook
暫停競選活動 高思博挽袖

普悠瑪列車在宜蘭出軌翻覆，造成18死慘劇，各候選人相繼宣布暫停競選活動，各縣市湧現捐血潮，國民黨台南市長候選人高思博22日上午到中西區永福路捐血中心挽袖捐血，捐血中心說明經過血袋調撥，台北捐血中心血量已充足，呼籲民眾定期捐血即可，以穩定血源與血品。
9合1選戰進入倒數計時，普悠瑪列車21日在宜蘭出軌翻覆，釀18死慘劇，國民黨中央黨部宣布暫停一切選舉活動，並呼籲民眾踴躍捐血，高思博取消22日的掃街拜票行程，昨天上午到中西區永福路捐血中心挽袖捐血。
高思博輕裝便服抵達捐血中心，先關心全台目前的血量、血源充足問題，經過資料填寫詢問，獲得捐血資格，他並拿起手機自拍捐血過程，稱要留存當紀念，隨行的3位幕僚，當場響應捐血行動。
台南市捐血中心表示，從21日晚上就不斷有民眾打電話詢問要來捐血，但台北捐血中心經過從各縣市調撥血袋，目前血源無虞，不過各地捐血車22日仍湧現愛心捐血人潮，比往常增加1倍。
捐血中心企畫課表示，台南市平均每天需要1100袋血量，血液保存期限為35天，過剩的血袋若超過保存期限就不能用，目前已無缺血，希望民眾養成定期捐血習慣，穩定血源與血品。
