瓦斯貨車疑闖紅燈！ 騎士遭撞左眼破裂
貨車駕駛闖紅燈，撞飛騎機車的夫妻，日前台北市興隆路發生一起嚴重事故，載瓦斯的小貨車，行駛在下坡路段，經過十字路口時，疑似沒注意前方是紅燈，搶快追撞雙載的潘姓夫妻，兩名傷者全身是傷、顱內出血，送醫治療，先生的左眼破裂，只剩單眼的視力。
小貨車直直往前，砰一聲，撞到一部機車，車上兩個人從坐墊上摔翻落地，動也不動，放慢速度再看一次，載滿瓦斯的駕駛經過路口，明明亮紅燈卻沒減速，撞上雙載騎士後，急忙下車查看。
附近店家：「也很大力也很慘，兩個騎摩托車的都倒了，試圖想要爬起來，但沒有爬起來。」
記者李潔：「事故地點就發生在這個十字路口，當時機車綠燈直行，沒想到遭到小貨車衝撞，而騎士被撞飛之後，左眼球當場破裂。」
警方調查，11日上午8點多，台北市興隆路四段，57歲潘姓騎士當天上午載著妻子出門，眼看綠燈 直直往前，偏偏45歲林姓駕駛，經過路口闖紅燈，這一撞 夫妻倆顱內出血，潘姓騎士左眼慘遭摘除。
附近店家：「剛設紅綠燈，在以前還沒設紅綠燈，雖然有(車禍)，好像都沒有那麼嚴重過，以前是裝閃黃燈的時候，大家經過這裡，都知道要看車子一下，(現在)反正一方看到有綠燈，綠燈那一方一定很快，紅燈忽略的那一方那就更慘了。」
回到事故地點，這窄窄的巷子 過去是閃燈，這幾年才變為紅綠燈設計，但附近居民指出，這紅綠燈與大路口原本的燈號靠得太近，常有人貪方便直直闖越，反而更危險。依照法令，闖紅燈開罰戰利品活動商品1800到5400元，但罰錢事小，再看一次撞擊瞬間，小貨車下坡行駛，卻疑似沒注意燈號，在路口撞上夫妻騎士，傷者左眼破裂摘除，成了一輩子難以復原的傷痛。
心房顫動4警訊～臨「微」不亂，7要點防腦中風
【華人健康網記者張世傑／台北報導】「心房顫動」是一種容易導致腦中風的心律不整疾病。在台灣每年約新增3萬名病患，醫師表示，季節交替，氣溫驟降，有心血管疾病的民眾要特別注意，若出現心悸、胸悶痛、頭暈無力、呼吸急促等4大警訊，千萬別輕忽，應盡速就醫。
辨識腦中風口訣：臨微不亂
趙子凡醫師強調，每當天氣轉涼，溫度變化大，血管就會收縮，阻塞、破裂風險也隨之增加，因腦中風就醫的患者也會比平時多出近1倍。包括有高血壓、高血脂、糖尿病、心臟病、心律不整的患者都是高危險族群。
另外，曾中風過的患者腦中風的風險也會增加，另外，像是65歲以上長者，因血管彈性差，也應特別注意。因此，提醒高危險族群，預防腦中風應謹記辨識症狀口訣：「臨微不亂」。
首先，「臨」時單側手腳無力，或單側舉不起手腳；第2，「微」笑困難，臉部表情不對稱，或嘴角歪斜；第3，口齒「不」清或無法表達；看到以上其中一種徵兆別慌「亂」，立刻記下發作時間，通知119緊急送醫。
小心血栓 防腦中風7重點
另外，調查也發現，心房顫動患者發生腦中風的風險，是一般人的5倍，由於心臟不規則跳動、無力，心臟衰竭的風險也是一般人的3倍；若與一般中風相比，合併心房顫動的腦中風更加危險，1個月的死亡率高出3倍，同時中風後的殘障程度也較為嚴重。
因此，提醒民眾，若有大中風症狀，包括一手一腳無力、意識不清、語言障礙無法表達，第一時間應立即送醫學中心，因為緊急動脈瘤手術、血栓術只有醫學中心才有辦法處理，送小醫院再轉診會耽誤黃金搶救時間。此外，預防腦中風應注意7重點，包括：
●
1.天冷時應注意保暖，尤其是老年人應避免冷天一大早出門。
●
2.飲食以清淡為原則，多清蒸、水煮、涼拌，少吃油炸食物。
●
3.每週至少運動3次以上，老人家多選擇步行、做體操等緩和運動。
●
4.戒菸、戒酒。
●
5.保持情緒穩定。
●
6.定期做健康檢查、量血壓、血糖及血膽固醇。
●
7.遵循醫囑治療慢性病。
